About Gamble Homes
Building Coastal Custom Homes Since 2003
Meet Chase – The Builder
With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, Chase began his journey as a simple job site laborer and worked his way up through the ranks.
His passion for building and craftsmanship led him to specialize in framing houses, eventually taking on the role of running his own crew.
In 2014, after years of honing his skills and knowledge, Chase got his own builders license, and founded his own construction company Gamble Homes.
Driven by a desire to give back to the community and share his expertise, Chase embraced the opportunity to teach.
In 2019, he began mentoring apprentices and building his own crew, partnering with local high schools and university programs to cultivate the next generation of builders.
Today, Chase and his team proudly construct custom homes from the ground up, overseeing every aspect of the process—from laying the foundation to framing and finishing.
They are dedicated to quality craftsmanship and instilling the same passion for building in apprentices that has guided Chase’s journey in this rewarding industry.
Meet Jan – Operations Manager
Jan is an invaluable member of our team, serving as our Operations Manager.
With decades of hands-on construction experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
Jan works diligently to gather quotes from various trades and suppliers, ensuring that the team has the necessary resources to keep projects moving smoothly.
She coordinates any needed design meetings, cabinet consultations, and flooring discussions, playing a crucial role in the overall project management process.
Her meticulous attention to detail helps everyone stay on budget and on schedule, as she tracks expenses and collects quotes from multiple sources.
This enables clients to make informed decisions that align with their vision and financial goals.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Jan loves to travel and cherishes her time spent with her grandkids, creating lasting memories and enjoying the simple pleasures of family life.

Meet The Crew
The crew consists of five to ten students at any given time, primarily apprentices who are learning the trade under Chase’s guidance.
We take pride in fostering a young, energetic, and diverse group of workers, welcoming individuals from various backgrounds, including young women, and providing opportunities to anyone who demonstrates pride and talent in their work.
Most of Chase’s apprentices have been with him for several years, allowing them to develop strong skills and a deep understanding of the craft.
On the job site, clients will quickly get to know the team by name, fostering a sense of familiarity and trust.
This approach ensures that clients build meaningful relationships with those constructing their homes, rather than encountering a rotating cast of different tradespeople.
